This beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bath cabin offers 1,600 sq ft of living space and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it an excellent choice for group getaways.

Kozy Cub Cabin is located in the natural habitat of black bears.

Please help protect both guests and wildlife:
✔️ Never feed or approach bears
✔️ Do not leave food or trash outside
✔️ Secure all garbage in bear-proof bins
✔️ Do not store food in vehicles

⚠️ House Rules & Important Notes

🚭 No smoking or illegal drugs anywhere on the property
🎉 No parties or events
👤 Primary renter must be 21+ years old
👨‍👩‍👧 Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
🏡 Only registered guests may stay overnight
🐶 No pets allowed — $200 fee + removal if violated
🔥 Fireplace operates October 1 – April 1 only
♨️ Hot tub use is at your own risk (alcohol not advised)
🗑️ Trash must be bagged and placed inside trash cans
🌧️ No refunds for weather or natural events
🧼 No daily housekeeping (linens provided, but not to be removed from the cabin)

For safety, there is one exterior security camera that records audio and video:
✔️ Camera faces the front entry and street only
✔️ No cameras inside the cabin or near the hot tub
