The guest will have access to the entire house. Also, you have access to all the amenities of Ocean Lakes Campground.

You will park your car under the house. In Ocean Lakes Campground, most everyone gets around on golf carts.

cean Lakes is a large gated community. It only has private roads with a 10 mph speed limit. Safe to ride bikes , golf carts, scooters etc. So much to do without leaving! Two watersides, multiple pools , large lazy river, indoor pool , arcade , putt-putt and organized activities at the community center. There are also basketball ball courts, cornhole courts and playgrounds . One mile of beach frontage. Ocean Lakes is the perfect family getaway!

• All guests have to purchase a parking pass from Ocean Lakes. The cost is $15.00 per day per vehicle if paid for when you arrive. The pass is $12.00 a day if purchased two weeks before you arrive. Our team will get you registered as quickly as we can after you finalize your booking.

• We provide a starter kit of essentials (toilet paper, soap, cleaning supplies, etc.) — for longer stays, you may want to bring extras

• Please rinse off sand before entering to keep things fresh

• Check-in / check-out instructions will be sent in advance for smooth arrival

• Remember, smoking is never allowed in our houses. Fees my apply if we find evidence of smoking in the house.

• Linens are included

• Golf cart is included with the house. You MUST follow the golf cart rules Ocean Lakes.
